Our struggle with weight doesn't only take a toll on our health it also affects our self-esteem. When we look in the mirror we want to be pleased with what we see looking back at us. When our clothes fit just right and everything is where it should be, it makes a big difference in our day. When everything works together it puts that spark in our step that light in our smile and we are lit with new found confidence that shines through and attracts others to us.

Unfortunately we have had our share of fad diets and disappointing promises to get the weight off and keep it off! I don’t know about you but I have had it with diet cookies, pre-packaged meals and pills that make you feel nauseous.
