HCG Diet Phase 1




Phase 1 is known in the HCG Program as the Loading Days. On the first day of the diet when the HCG is taken you are allowed to eat anything you please and as much as you please. I always tell people eat all of the things that you are going to miss while on your diet. Eating things such as cake, french-fries, Ice cream, pasta, bread and candy are highly encouraged! This phase continues for 2 days and ends on the third day of the diet.

(Note)
It is always important to pick a stable time in which to take your HCG. This would be a time that you can be consistent with according to your instructed use of your HCG.

For example if the HCG you are using instructs you to take it twice a day come up with 2 times that will be most effective for you. My time was 6 I took it at 6am and 6 pm because I woke up for work around that time and knew I would be home by then as well. HCG is not always the best thing to have to travel with. In the past I have left it places and also just plain forgot to take it.
